To maintain the integrity of our hotel and ensure that all of our guests are comfortable and feel secure, we have set the following guidelines for all registered guests.

• As a courtesy to other guests, all guests must observe
  Quiet Times and avoid making noise as much as possible in rooms and public areas after 10:00 pm.

• Please refrain from Slamming Your Doors when exiting or entering your rooms at all times.

• Loud parties in guest rooms will not be tolerated as this interferes with your neighbor’s ability to relax and enjoy their stay at our hotel. Any Compensation givenmdue to your result of continued noise after being advised will be charged directly to the Credit card or Deposit for your room. Continuous noise complaints will result in Local Law Enforcement being called.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian at all times during their stay. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the behavior of children during their stay at the hotel.

• Underage drinking is not permitted and local law enforcement will be contacted immediately upon discovery of minors consuming alcoholic beverages whether in guest rooms or public areas.

• Illegal Drugs/Cannabis is strictly prohibited on these premises.

• All guest rooms are inspected by HK daily. Any damage or items missing from your guest room may result in additional fees deducted from your deposit or credit card.

 

The hotel reserves the right to contact local law enforcement as needed for the protection of guests and/or staff members any physical/verbal abuse WILL NOT BE TOLERATE and local laws will be enforced.
